Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize business strategies, conduct market study and suggest market tactics to realize the opportunities from South East Asia Market
• Being the project management office to ensure smooth implementation of business projects according to business strategies , pre-defined scope of work and project governance
• Establish standardized management frameworks regarding product development, customer management, network design and system development in compliance of regional legal and regulatory requirement.
• Facilitate the development of omni-channel customer touchpoints with related parties in order to improve customer satisfaction and business efficiency
• Harmonize BOCHK internal resources to ensure quality project deliverables to various stakeholders.
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer to local markets with training, knowledge base and best practice sharing
• Develop and monitor progress in according to pre-set KPIs , business objectives and financial budget
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 8 year experience in banking product, branch management and customer relationship management, project management
• Strong business sense and able to communicate in mutli-culture environment
• Good knowledge in business planning, financial markets and Banking Operations and Compliance, ability to engage and harmonize different stakeholders in projects
• Familiar with South East Asia Markets and prior experience in regional project is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with good command of English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is a pluse
• Proactive and excellent team player, and also can work independently under pressure
