• Diploma holder or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Surveying, Building Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' relevant working experience in property management
• Holder of safety card
• Experience in building construction, maintenance or renovation projects an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Maintenance Officer
