Responsibilities:

• Perform background research, market and industry studies, asset valuation, due diligence and financial analysis support for prospective projects and investment opportunities to the Group, in particular to the real estate fund sector
• Develop and improve financial models used for evaluation of acquisitions and additional financial appraisal techniques
• Prepare/review investment proposal, executive summary, deal analyses and approval package for presentation to Senior Management
• Provide input to strategic planning and portfolio management for the Group’s real estate funds sector
• Assist in the execution of sale, acquisition, investment and divestment
• Manage relationships with both investors and investees and liaise with external professionals
• Monitor and report on investees’ performance
• Other ad-hoc tasks designated by Senior Management

Requirements:

• MBA holder with focus in Economics, Finance or related fields
• Holder of CFA or other recognized professional financial investment qualifications
• At least 5 years relevant experience in sizeable organizations, preferably in real estate and/orhospitality businesses
• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills
• Good sense of business, communication and presentation skills
• Able to learn fast, work under pressure with minimum guidance, to collaborate effectively withcolleagues, business partners, external consultants and service providers
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, ability to speak fluent Putonghua is must
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Financial Analyst
