Requirements and experience:

• Completion of Tertiary Education with training in marketing, new media, e-commerce, communications or other related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing including at least 2 years' experience in digital fundraising or digital sales;
• Proven experience in running digital campaigns through email marketing, banner advertising, SEM, mobile, social media, DRTV, etc;
• Experience in digital content management (web, video, and blogs), active management of social networks;
• Essential copywriting, editing and copy evaluation skills in acquisition, donor retention and engagement communications;
• Experience in Photoshop, video editing, Google Analytics and Microsoft Office skills an asset;
• Availability to travel both domestically and occasionally overseas;
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
  
  

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and coordinating of a long term digital strategy for donor care, digital acquisition and engagement activities;
• Assist in budget reporting and to ensure proper resource allocation for various digital activities;
• Assist in producing, utilizing, and consolidating between local and global assets to support various programs;
• Assist in determining the promotional tactic to increase web traffic and engagement;
• Analyze and provide user journeys and social media insights;
• Ensure all digital tracking are in place with proper testing for programs’ optimization;
• Progress control and liaise with other parties, external agencies, and social influencers to delivery programs objectives;
• Assist and coordinate procurement process and execute related administrative work.
