Responsibilities

• Report to Director of Finance & Operations
• Lead and coach a team of 6-7 subordinates
• Oversee the business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of client services to members and participants
• Lead the planning, coordination and deployment of membership and training events, prepare post events support evaluation and analysis
• Review the membership and training related reports and conduct regular quality assurance review
• Prepare and interpret budgetary and financial data, monitor expense reports, and perform cost-benefit analysis on internal programmes
• Execute new guidelines or strategies, as well as business measures for the Institute

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration or Operations Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience at senior managerial level with proven record in leadership role, preferably in membership organisation or learning and development operations
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and adequate in Putonghua
• Excellent leadership and problem solving attributes including the ability to reason swiftly and making prompt decisions without much hesitation
• Good attention to detail and with proven record of carrying out multiple and intricate tasks
• Responsible, mature, self-motivated, able to work independently and under tight deadline
• Solid work experience in management and financial reporting, data analysis and quality assurance review
• Ability to use key Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Familiar with the key regulatory requirement such as Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance
