Responsibilities

• Maximize cruise net ticket revenue through inventory management and pricing
• Execute tactical pricing initiatives & drive incremental ticket revenue
• Generate managerial reports and provide commentary on business performance on daily basis
• Conduct promotional analysis, prepare regular/ad-hoc revenue reports and maintenance of performance dashboards
• Monitor competitor pricing and product to ensure proper rate and product positioning
• Liaise with different departments to drive incremental revenue and to ensure enablement of optimal revenue
• Turn data into business insights to support Senior Management for business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in quantitative-related discipline
• 3 to 5 years’ revenue experience in travel industry, with cruise yield/revenue management experience preferred
• Strong analytical and operational skills
• Demonstrate good understanding of revenue management concepts and software
• Ability to analyze data, make recommendations and present to management with high attention to details
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Qlikview, Seaware and Fidelio will be an advantage. Statistical software such as SAS experience is consider advantageous
• Knowledge of reservations system and revenue management data preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst - Revenue Strategy
