Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Provide support to the senior manager for all clients’ projects as well as new business pitch
• Coordinate with internal creative team on requirements and ensure timely and quality of work throughout the process
• Liaise with external suppliers for costing and quality delivery, communicate with clients to manage the production process and manage client relationships
• Advertisement clippings, activities tracking and analysis
• Provide administrative support such as arranging meetings and preparing contact reports

• Degree holder preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in PR/ advertising agency specialized in advertising, integrated marketing campaigns and pitching new business
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, well organized and attention to detail
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be an advantage

Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
