Company Overview

You will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Operations team.  

You are a high-flyer and are:

  • A university graduate or above
  • In possession of a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in either Rooms or Food & Beverage in well-established hotel(s)
  • A good team player with strong initiative to assist others and highly flexible
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • A good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer application, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, as well as English and Chinese word processing
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, and Mandarin
