Sales Specialist, Catering (Assistant Account Manager)

Responsibilities:
- Maximize Catering revenue by managing and developing of accounts.
- Lead, direct and follow up on each negotiation process on all Catering Sales leads.
- Ensure delivery of services in Catering Sales through clear communications of event orders and group instructions, and coordination with all relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in hotel management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Catering / Event Sales in sizable hotel.
- Good administration and organizational skills.
- Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese.
- Knowledge of Delphi and Opera system is an advantage.
