Responsibilities:

• Maximize Catering revenue by managing and developing of accounts.
• Lead, direct and follow up on each negotiation process on all Catering Sales leads.
• Ensure delivery of services in Catering Sales through clear communications of event orders and group instructions, and coordination with all relevant departments.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in hotel management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Catering / Event Sales in sizable hotel.
• Good administration and organizational skills.
• Strong inter-personal skills and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese.
• Knowledge of Delphi and Opera system is an advantage.
