Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Operational Responsibilities操作职责:

a. Promote Cotecna Inspection, Testing, Audit services to customers. 推广Cotecna的验货、测试、审核服务。
b. Study technical regulation and provide assistance to customer.学习并协助客户达到相关技术要求。
c. Provide tailor-made service & appropriate strategy to potential prospects. 针对潜在客户提供合适的策略及服务方案。
d. Collaborate with overseas offices for capturing international customers.协同海外办公室争取国际客户。
e. Cooperate with Customer Service team and Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. 与客户服务和运营团队一起工作,以确保优质的服务并达到客户满意度。
f. Lead the team to achieve sales targets. 带领团队完成销售目标。


2. ISO17020 Responsibilities ISO17020职责:
a. Fully understand company’s policy, manual, objective and other related procedures全面理解公司的政策、手册、目标以及相关的工作流程
b. Strictly implement team Working Instructions严格按照部门工作指导书操作
3. Compliance Responsibilities行为规范:
a. The quality manager is free from any influences or conflicts of interest that may affect the quality of his/her work. 质量管理者不应受任何可能有损其工作质量的影响或利益冲突。
b. Fully understand company’s Compliance Responsibility全面理解公司的职业道德规范准则
c. Attend Compliance training参加职业道德规范的培训
d. Sign Compliance Annex C. 签署职业道德规范声明
4. Security/Safety Responsibilities安全保密:
a. Understand company’s Security and Safety Manual and Procedures熟悉公司的保密、安全准则以及相关的工作指导。
b. Act as per Working Instructions根据公司相关作业指导书操作。
5. Other Responsibilities (Finance/HR/IT etc.)财务/人事/信息技术及其他:
a. Act as per Employee Manual and IT policy遵守公司员工手册和IT政策。
b. Accept training of IT, HR and related department接受IT、人事和其他相关部门的培训.

 

Qualification(Education/Training, Experience/Background, Skills and other requirements)
任职资格(教育背景、培训、工作经验、技能以及其他要求)

a. Diploma graduates or equivalent in sales & marketing fields. 销售和营销相关专业毕业。
b. Proven experience or direct knowledge in the Inspection and Testing Industries. 在检验和检测行业有丰富工作经验。
c. Minimum 5 years B2B successful sales experience in consumer goods field is recommended. 5年以上消费品领域B2B的成功销售经验。
d. Ambitious, energetic and dynamic person with the ability to work under pressure. 雄心勃勃、精力充沛、有活力,并能在压力下工作。
e. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.良好的谈判和表达能力。

Handle sales activities in Inspection, Audit and testing services of our China and Asia customers在中国和亚洲范围内客户提供检验、审核和测试服务的销售活动.
