Company Overview

 

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure timely and accurate data input and process daily sales orders on time
  • Provide clerical support to the team, such as preparation of invoices and delivery notes and other necessary documents
  • Manage customer hotline and handle suppliers and customers inquiries and complaints
  • Prepare and verify various sales reports and reconciliation
  • Coordinate with internal teams on inventory / transaction records
  • Database update/maintenance
  • Handle any ad hoc duty as assigned

 

Requirements :

  • Completed HKCEE/ HKDSE or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in sales co-ordination, support and administration in FMCG, retail / wholesale sector
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Well organized with great attention to details
  • Proficiency in MS word, excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
