Job Responsibilities:

  • Quote preparation
  • Administration (Document preparation, logistic arrangement , demo inventory maintenance and data management, etc)
  • Promotion implementation (Phone call)
  • Prepare marketing materials
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Service to address customer problems 

Requirements:

  • Matriculated/Diploma or above
  • Graduated in Sciences, Biochemistry and related subjects is advantage
  • 2 years sales admin experience
  • Spoken English and Mandarin
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, proficiency in Excel), Chinese typing
  • Well-organized and initiative
