Receptionist/ Administrative
Salary HK$18,000- HK$22,000
Duties :
- Perform general receptionist duties, including handle incoming calls, answer enquiries and clients greeting
- To perform administrative support duties
- Manage meeting room bookings, and keep office space, conference room clean
Requirements :
- IVE / Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor Degree holder
- 1-2 years' customer services experience in Hotel and Airline preferred
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skill
- Good interpersonal and organization skills, good time management, detail-oriented, hard-working and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Basic PC knowledge
- 9 hours per day, Monday - Friday
- Immediate available is highly preferred
