Responsibilities  

  • To operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls
  • To maintain a courteous reception services to visitors and guests
  • To co-ordinate in/out-going documentations and arrange courier services
  • To assist in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE graduate with 5 years of working experience
  • Good telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fast learner, good team player and have strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (word, excel, Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
