Responsibilities
- To operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls
- To maintain a courteous reception services to visitors and guests
- To co-ordinate in/out-going documentations and arrange courier services
- To assist in ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- HKCEE / HKDSE graduate with 5 years of working experience
- Good telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner, good team player and have strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (word, excel, Chinese Word Processing)
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
