Company Overview

Responsibilities : 

  • Perform receptionist duties, i.e. handling incoming calls, greeting guests, courier arrangement, and external liaison etc
  • Handle office maintenance and procurement of office supplies, i.e. stationery and other office supply ordering
  • Assist Hotel & Travel bookings for HK teams & Europe visitors to Region
  • Maintain staff leave record and assist administration daily work 

Requirements : 

  • Form 7 or above with at least 5 years working experience in receptionist/administration field
  • Must have relevant working experience in sizable organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Pleasant personality; strong team spirit , high sense of responsibility and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in PC skills with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is preferred
