Client:

Client is a well established contractor with ongoing large scale projects and is seeking for experienced quantity surveyors to join their team.



Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing tender documents and handling estimating work independently such as direct build up, tender enquiry, formulating tender strategies, pricing skill, tender analysis
• To handle pre-contract and post-contract works including subletting and negotiation skill, valuation of variation, cost estimation, extension of time claim, cash flow monitoring, certifying payment and final account settlement independently
• Developing cost planning and project budgeting
• Assist to handle contractual related issues

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with around 4-10 years relevant experience.
• Experience in construction / fitting-out / envelope projects is preferred but not essential.
• Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and intermediate level in English.
• Well-presented and professional attitude.
