Company Overview
  • MHKIS with a degree in quantity surveying
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience with at least 4 years’ post-MHKIS experience, and with experience mainly in Main Contractors (Building Works) preferred.
  • Procurement and sub-letting of sub-contracts
  • Measurement for tender preparations, variations, material procurement etc.
  • Preparation of cost estimates
  • Preparation of monthly cost reports and financial statement
  • Assessment of sub-contractors’ payments, variations and claims
  • Settlement of final accounts
