Company Overview

MHKIS with a degree in quantity surveying
Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience with at least 4 years’ post-MHKIS experience, and with experience mainly in Main Contractors (Building Works) preferred.
Procurement and sub-letting of sub-contracts
Measurement for tender preparations, variations, material procurement etc.
Preparation of cost estimates
Preparation of monthly cost reports and financial statement
Assessment of sub-contractors’ payments, variations and claims
Settlement of final accounts
