Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in local building construction project
• Has site Q.S. experience is an advantage
• In-depth experience in handling building projects, particularly in preparation of subletting contracts, assessment of variations, measurement, payments, estimating and cost control
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Hands-on PC skills including WORD & EXCEL
• To be stationed on site if required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
