The Public Affairs (Corporate Communications) Department provides a full range of proactive communications functions to the Club including the formulation of communication strategy, issue management, racing and non-racing media relations; racing, betting, charity information and overall publicity; as well as organisation of corporate PR programmes and projects.

The Job
You will : 

• support the Editorial Services Team to handle all editorial assignments, including prepare daily media summaries, write and translate press releases and features, publicity and communications materials, as well as proofreading and editing written materials.
• assist the team in the preparation and production of the Annual Report and monitoring of the media.

About You
You should have: 

• a university degree in a related discipline or relevant qualification, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in journalism, editorial or translation services
• high level of proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• proven record of handling production of publications or relevant experience

Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
