FINANCE OFFICE
The appointee will assist the Project Manager/Assistant Manager in the implementation of new Financial Information System (FIS) using packaged solutions under tight deadline. He/She will perform various analyses during system development cycles such as user requirement, chart of accounts mapping, data conversion and migration, etc. The appointee will also be responsible for test case preparation and conducting tests on functions, workflows and integration of the new FIS. After the new FIS is implemented, the appointee is expected to provide user support and technical trouble-shooting to ensure smooth running of system and operation.
Applicants should possess (a) a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems, Accounting or related discipline and preferably with a professional accounting qualification; (b) minimum three years of relevant work experience; (c) solid experience in financial system implementation preferably using ERP / EPM packaged software (e.g. Oracle EBS, Hyperion, etc.); (d) strong analytical and interpersonal skills; (e) good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and (f) strong computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
