You will administer and oversee the implementation of the Corporation's property development projects in Hong Kong from inception to completion and handover. You will prepare master development schemes and implement development agreements for property development projects, and work with developers as well as their project managers and consultants for the satisfactory completion and delivery of property projects.

You should have a Degree and a professional qualification in Architecture / Engineering or a related discipline with at least 8 years' relevant experience, of which 2 years should be in project management. Experience in large-scale development projects with good knowledge of property markets, architectural planning, building and E&M systems, contract administration, project costing and programming are essential. You should be familiar with relevant government procedures and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese are required.

Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms.
