Job Responsibilities:
- To provide full administrative and organizational support to the CEO
- Support the strategic direction of the organization
- Manage operations of service programs
- Manage regional programs
- Participate in research and training activities
- Liaise with related service organizations
Job Requirements:
- University graduate with relevant social work or health care qualification
- 3 years proven high level experience in management and administration in social setting
- Good experience in funding proposal writing
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- A strong personality with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels
- Must be highly motivated with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
