Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) ticketing systems including and not limited to setting up and maintaining ticket codes and prices
• Involve in product development, project management, work-flow design, testing and documentation
• Act as system matter expert to understand business process, collect requirements, design / enhance end-to-end solution with different Line of Business
• Develop and prepare regular / ad-hoc reports on ticket sales and usage
• Provide training and supports to all users and business partners on a regular basis

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Tourism Operation Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in system administration, database management, data analysis and project management
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work proactively with various Line of Business and business partners
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skill
• Experience in using or operating ticketing system is preferred
• Knowledge in ATS and Business Objects (BO) are preferred
• Good command in both verbal and written Cantonese and English
