The role

To provide personalized styling and consultation services for Lane Crawford customers, to enhance customer loyalty, build long term relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of VIP customers and continue to grow the network in order to increase customers’ loyalty and generate sales
• Consistently achieve monthly and annual personal sales targets with the endeavor to aim higher and exceed expectations
• Proactively recruit new customers and develop customer relationships through effective clienteling
• Prepare for styling appointments with appropriate selections of clothing selected with the individual customers needs in mind
• Understand and be able to communicate our Omni-Channel services for customers convenience and choice
• Proactively and consistently acquire in-depth knowledge of the latest international designer fashion and lifestyle trends
• Understand and make full use of company systems and tools for effective clienteling

Requirements:

• Customer focused, people person
• Holder of HKID / eligible for work in Hong Kong
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience on VIP styling and advising services
• Well versed in fashion, including history, brands, and the latest trends
• Excellent customer service skills, experience with luxury customers needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Native English speaker, other European languages i.e. French, Spanish and Italian an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Personal Stylist
