We are expanding our business in Hong Kong and would like to look for a part-time Sales Assistant to support our Senior Sales Supervisor.

Job Duties:

• Sales Support to Senior Sales Supervisor
• Help to set up sales appointment
• Data Entry in CRM system (Customers’ name, address, contact details etc.,)

Requirements:

• Accurate in data entry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills on the phone
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point & Outlook)

Work Day: 4 Hours per day, 3 Days per week

Work Time: 9:30am – 1:30pm (flexible)

Hourly Wage: HKD 45 / hr (discretionary bonus)
