Around 4 months (to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal)
Major Duties:
The appointee shall report to the Principal Investigator (PI) of the project and is expected to facilitate research works; familiarise with quantitative research approach; assist in conducting survey, data collection and data analysis; review various theoretical and empirical research approaches in retail location analysis; consolidate research findings; and perform other research-related duties as assigned by the PI.
Requirements:
For the post of Part-time Research Assistant I, applicants should have a master’s degree, related to fashion marketing, technology or international business disciplines; good organisation and interpersonal skills; and experience in using software such as Endnote, SPSS and eViews. Applicants with a recognised degree in a relevant discipline with relevant work experience and the above stated skills will also be considered.
For the post of Part-time Research Assistant II, applicants should have a recognised sub-degree, or a higher qualification, related to fashion marketing, technology or international business disciplines; good organisation and interpersonal skills; and experience in using software such as Endnote, SPSS and eViews.
Applicants with research experience in gravity modeling and experience in academic writing would have an advantage.
