We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Part Time Counter Service Officer.

In this role, you will

• Provide quality customer service through accurate and efficient counter transactions
• Meet customer financial services needs through identifying opportunities and referring them to appropriate bank colleagues
• Ensure smooth branch operation and achieve satisfactory audit rating through meeting all requirements of control and service standards

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

• Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination Form 5 or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Form 6 pass in Chinese, English and Mathematics or equivalent
• Degree, higher diploma, associate degree, diploma, Form 7 level education or equivalent preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self motivated and adaptive approach to a services environment
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and ideally Putonghua
