Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying business requirements, functional design, process design, testing, training, defining support procedures, providing ongoing production trouble shooting and end users support for Finance Department
• Work with IT Department and manage vendor to implement solutions that meet the business requirements of Finance Department
• Design work plans for Finance Department to perform user testing and the implementation of financial modules

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline
• 8 years of experience in ERP implementation and process design specialized in Oracle Financials and Hyperion Budgeting; knowledge of R12 experience is an added advantage
• At least 3 years of Oracle Financial module experience in area of i-expenses, AR, AP, GL, FA, CE (including host-to-host), PA, PO and Credit Management. Experience in non-financial module (e.g. Contract Management, Procurement, etc.) is a plus
• Proven track record in workflow design between various departments is a MUST
• Strong system and accounting knowledge
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Good command in both spoken Chinese & English; Putonghua is an advantage
