Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing wide spectrum of club activities including but not limited to its daily operations, sales, budget control etc.
• Leading the team to achieve Company's objectives and various operational and sales targets
• Formulating strategies and execution plans on brand building.
• Delivering professional and high quality customer service
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Handling customers’ enquires, complaints and other ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ management experience in medical beauty service related industry preferred
• Customer-oriented, highly self-motivated with positive attitude
• Well-organized with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Computer literature, well-versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available an advantage
