Responsibility

• Be the main event Interface between Arrow Open Lab, external parties and internal parties
• Facilitate communication with different related parties during event preparation
• Prepare event plan; Actively follow up with different parties of interest till event completion
• Responsible for event related material preparation
• Monitor overall event progress; make sure it meets the targets, timeline and budget
• Sensitive to event needs; propose new event ideas that help realize and advocate the value of Arrow Open Lab

Requirements

• University graduate in marketing, communications, or relevant field is preferred
• At least 3-5 years relevant job experience
• 2-3 years event management experience and with strong project management and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate good communication skills with fluent spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese and English
