Duties:

• Accountable for gathering enterprise-wide system requirements and mapping requirements to enterprise data network solutions
• Provide operational support to network operations as needed on design aspects and support escalations
• Perform regular system review, system surveillance, capacity monitoring, fault diagnosis and problem management
• Deliver integrated network solutions based on the Network hardware platform and client specific requirements
• Establishes network environment by designing system configuration, directing systems installation, defining documenting and enforcing system standards

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or equivalent
• 3-5 hands-on experience of Internet routing protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, OSFP, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS/VPN etc
• With certificate of CCIE/JNCIS/JNCIP would be an advantage
• Hands-on experience in technical support on network design, router configuration, firewall administration, and be versatile in managing network equipment of common brands, e.g. CISCO, H3C.
• Good team player with self-initiative, highly motivated and result-oriented
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
