• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Land Administration or related disciplines
• Member of HKIS or RICS preferable, APC candidate will also be considered
• 2 years' relevant experience in properties valuation, market analysis, feasibility study and property leasing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
