The Marketing Assistant will be assisting in the planning, development and coordination of Chinese social media channels for cosme-de.com. As an independent and pro-active problem solver, this person will help to build the company’s brand image and awareness as well as expanding customer base and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, website promotion, market place promotion, email marketing project, online advertising and events to drive brand engagement, build brand awareness and customer loyalty;
• Develop strong relationships with external parties for joint promotions, content distribution, influencer marketing, ad-hoc promotions etc. ;
• Manage analytics and reporting to track advertising campaign effectiveness to guide strategies and website promotion performance;
• Develop strategies for different target market segments;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business or related field;
• 2-3 years of experience on developing content and managing online advertising campaigns for Chinese market / International market or managing website promotion or have a email marketing experience;
• Chinese / English copywriting or editorial experience in online media, PR, social media is strongly preferred;
• Knowledge of Photoshop with design experience is an advantage;
• Experience in e-commerce and/ or beauty industry, especially with luxury/ premium brands and a focus on the Greater China / International market, is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English;
• Proactive, creative and sensitive to current beauty trends;
• Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
