Our client is a well-known brand in Banking industry. To cope with their rapid business development, they are now looking for the talent to join their team.

The Role

  • Assist colleague to handle enquiries and complaints from customers in a professional manner in a call centre environment
  • Provide training and mentoring for new join colleague
  • Lead the team to provide high standard customer services

The Person

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 4 years or above in experience in Banking/Finance hotline customer service and at least 1 year managerial experience
  • Customer-oriented, patient and with good communication skills
  • Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Good command of phone manner and customer service skill
  • Qualification of HKSI and IIQE Paper 4 is a must
