The Role
- Assist colleague to handle enquiries and complaints from customers in a professional manner in a call centre environment
- Provide training and mentoring for new join colleague
- Lead the team to provide high standard customer services
The Person
- Higher Diploma or above
- 4 years or above in experience in Banking/Finance hotline customer service and at least 1 year managerial experience
- Customer-oriented, patient and with good communication skills
- Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Good command of phone manner and customer service skill
- Qualification of HKSI and IIQE Paper 4 is a must
