Key Responsibilities
· Manage application system development projects and subsequent maintenance of the systems
· Lead a team to develop and support banking applications, with adoption of business intelligence tools
· Oversee business requirements gathering and analysis
· Work with IT vendors to translate the requirements into effective technological solution
· Work with end-users to prioritise and draw up development schedule
· Coordinate with end-users and IT vendors during the course of application development and user acceptance testing
· Implement IT security control procedures in compliance with audit requirements

Requirements
· University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
· At least three years’ relevant experience in application system development for financial institutions
· Solid experience in SDLC methodology, Project Management methodology, Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse Software Package, Cryptography and Internet technology
· Familiar with the use of information technology in banking returns and surveys an advantage
· Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and writing skills
