Hang Seng’s Marketing function is responsible for formulating marketing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives to build the brand of Hang Seng Bank, acquire new customers, strengthen customer loyalty to build long term relationships, and provide professional marketing support to different businesses to promote a comprehensive suite of products and services offered by the Bank.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, Customer Propositions Marketing (Affluent).  

Principal Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for formulating and implementing proposition marketing strategies in support of the business goals and marketing plans for Affluent Customer Segments
  • Drive and manage marketing campaigns independently to upkeep market competitiveness, acquire prospective customers, retain and expand customers’ portfolio for investment and/or insurance products / services
  • Collaborate with relevant parties and manage suppliers to ensure quality deliverables in a cost-effective manner and smooth launch of marketing programmes
  • Monitor program progress / effectiveness and conduct post-programme evaluation for future improvement  

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Marketing, with exposure to customer segments, investment and/or insurance services a definite advantage
  • All-rounded marketing skills with proven experience in running end-to-end marketing programs
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving, negotiation and project management skills
  • Strong self-motivation and customer orientation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Resourceful, with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
