Responsibilities:

• Generate ideas of business & channel development strategy and programs so as to maximize business opportunities
• Formulate and manage sales incentive program
• Assist in data analysis and business model building for formulating strategies
• Evaluate branch channel performance
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management’s review
• Work closely with product teams and segment marketing teams when product and program launch

 

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably major in Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development / Banking industry
• Hands-on skills in Excel, strong analytical skills and detail-minded
• High proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Dedicated and willing to work under pressure
