• Degree/ Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or Building Surveying.
• 2 years or above property & facilities management experience.
• EMSD electric licence Grade B an advantage.
• Computer literate including AutoCad.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Candidates with more experience/ higher qualifications will be considered for the post of Senior Maintenance Officer.
