M & E Inspector-of-Works (Overnight Shift)

Company Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for the inspection and monitoring of ongoing building renovation works and new works.

Requirements:

Holder of Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Technology or equivalent
At least 5 years’ M & E working experience in building projects of high quality new building and/or renovation projects
Working on overnight shift is required
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidate with more experience will be considered as “Senior M & E Inspector-of-Works”.
