Our client, an investment arm of a leading conglomerate is looking for a smart and high caliber M&A Analyst to join their team in Hong Kong and support their strategic business plan.



About the role


Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, you will need to conduct investment projects assessment across different industries, perform comprehensive industry research, valuate financial models and perform competitor analysis. You also have to project industry and financial landscapes and evaluate different acquisition and exit strategies.



About the person


To qualify, the successful individual must process:

• University Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sizeable companies
• Strong planning and presentation skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
