Responsibilities:

• Assure quality daily IT user support services
• Manage IT service requests from users
• Planning and undertaking maintenance / upgrades of endpoints
• Perform computer software and hardware troubleshoot
• Manage the performance of services levels
• Support the roll-out of new application

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Studies, Information Systems or related discipline
• At least 3 years' hands on experience on IT operations and support
• Strong communication skills
• Good time management and problem solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
