Responsibilities:

Liaise with vendors and service providers for different IT related issues

Communicate effectively with different users and vendors to ensure the project development with good quality

Establish and maintain the servers, office network, computers and applications

Support on-site software & hardware installation, repair and maintain the operation in shops and office

Handle ad-hot tasks & troubleshoot application and networking problems

Weekend support and occasional night job are required

Requirements:

Diploma or above in IT related disciplines

Minimum 2 years solid experience on IT and Server support experiences, preferably in Retail industry

Solid experience in hardware & software troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows Server, SQL

Knowledge of web design / programming is a plus

Able to manage personal workload, work as a team with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Good problem solving skill and can work under pressure

Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant IT Officer
