Responsibilities:

• Organize investor activities/events including investor meetings, conferences, corporate visits and road shows to ensure the senior management communicate effectively, transparently and timely with investors and equity/credit analysts;
• Develop and manage investor data base through effective analysis and outreach; 
• Write press release and other official documents for ongoing investor communications and company announcements;
• Build and maintain good business relationship with fund management companies, equity research analysis, Investment Banks, financial reporters and public media;
• Prepare annual/interim report, operational updates, presentations, script and Q&A for meetings with analysts and investors;
• Oversee corporate website and related content to ensure consistency with corporate image and strategic messaging; Participate in ad hoc projects.  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics, investment or related disciplines; At least 8 years listed companies or reputable financial PR agencies experience;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to represent the Company to investors and rating agencies;
• Strong connection with investment community, fund managers, analysts, etc.; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good spoken Putonghua;
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to meet tight schedule and work under pressure; Good PC skills (including MS PowerPoint and Excel) and Chinese word processing;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
