The Job
- Client: Property Developers
- Position: Inspector of Works - E&M
- Responsibilities: On site inspection of E&M fit-out works, report on defects and quality discrepancies from specifications to ensure quality standard.
- $30-45K+. Medical. Bonus.
Requirements
- Tertiary educated in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 8-12 years works inspection experience gained from E&M projects
- Relevant experience for commercial / retail properties highly preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication
- Good command of Chinese and English
