Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated professional IELTS trainer/English language teachers to work in our Hong Kong centers. You will provide IELTS training as well as teach English as a second language for our adult students. The right candidate should possess an active and outgoing personality as well as a professional teaching manner.

Requirements 

• English proficiency at native speaking level a must. Cantonese fluency is a definite advantage but not a must
• An ability to work within an existing structured teaching method
• A degree holder and CELTA / TEFL / TESOL qualified or equivalent qualifications
• Must have prior IELTS training experience and a good understanding of the IELTS testing methodlogy
• Classroom experience with students from all levels
• Teaching experience with students who are non-native English speakers is strongly preferred
• Ability to lead and participate in workshops and social events as well as some marketing and sales activities
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, dedicated and outgoing personality
• Vocation for teaching service, friendliness and patience
• An ability to work in Hong Kong without an employment visa a must.
• Available to teach on Sat and Sun afternoons a must.
• Candidates with Permitted Teacher and Registered Teacher qualification from HKCAAVQ will have a definite advantage
