Human Resources Information System Officer

Job Details

Company Overview

- Assist in design, selection, implementation and modification of HR Systems

- Involve in the enhancement and development of HR Systems to streamline the work processes and enhance operational efficiency

- Engage with HR teams to collect ideas and develop solutions in order to improve systems’ effectiveness and usage

- Develop and prepare HR reports, metrics and HR data requests by using data from various HR systems to meet user specifications

- Continuously review and improve the presentation and content of HR reports

- Troubleshoot HR Systems issues and communicate with IT or vendors

- Perform ad-hoc assignments such as conducting system testing and preparing training materials

Requirement

- Degree in Human Resources Management / Computer Science / Information System / Information Technology or related disciplines

- With at least 3 years’ working experience in information technology or human resources of which at least 1 year experience in human resources system

- Sound knowledge of learning management system, applicant tracking system, talent management solutions, enterprise social network solution and time & attendance system

- Knowledge of business intelligence software, relational database and SQL

- Experience in Cloud-based software as a Service (SaaS) solutions

- Experience in ERP systems, preferably in SAP HCM

- Familiar with Employment Ordinance is an advantage

- Good analytical, problem solving and project management skills

- Computer literacy in MS office and Chinese word-processing

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
