- Assist in design, selection, implementation and modification of HR Systems
- Involve in the enhancement and development of HR Systems to streamline the work processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Engage with HR teams to collect ideas and develop solutions in order to improve systems’ effectiveness and usage
- Develop and prepare HR reports, metrics and HR data requests by using data from various HR systems to meet user specifications
- Continuously review and improve the presentation and content of HR reports
- Troubleshoot HR Systems issues and communicate with IT or vendors
- Perform ad-hoc assignments such as conducting system testing and preparing training materials
