PERSONNEL OFFICE
The appointee is expected to provide support to various human resources functions including recruitment, benefits administration and appointment review. He/She is also expected to perform general clerical duties and office administration works such as staff personal data entry into our Human Resources System, electronic or hard-copy filing, and logistic support for meetings, ceremonies as well as training programmes.
Applicants should have completed secondary education, with at least 5 passes in HKCEE including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A / Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese Language (at least Level 2 from 2007), or at least 5 subjects attaining Level 2 in HKDSE including English Language and Chinese Language, with some work experience. Good communication and service-oriented attitude are expected. Knowledge of common software such as MS Office is required. He/She should be able to work independently and in a team.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
