Our client, a US Listed MNC is seeking for HR Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Participate in projects and assignments
- Assist the HR Manager in budgeting and policies, processes, analytic, benefits review, salary structure review, and compensation proposals
- Responsible for daily support and system maintenance of the HR system
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Human Resources or other related disciplines
- Proficient in MS Office (word, Excel)
- At least 3 years’ relevant work experience
- With depth knowledge on Hong Kong Employment Ordinances
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
