Work period: 3 months and to be extend

Work hours: Monday - Friday (To be confirmed, 2-4 days per week) / 9am - 6:15pm

Salary: $45 / hour

Location: Tsing Yi

Responsibilities:

• Handle general HR duties and ad-hoc tasks as required
• Manage calendars, meeting schedules and personal matters
• Prepare business correspondences, reports and meeting minutes including documents drafting, translation, emails, letters, etc
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary level or university degree is advantageous;
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese;
• Detail-minded, organized;
• Proficient in Excel applications, MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• With office work experience and sound knowledge in IPL will be an added advantage
