Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience
• To be responsible for regulatory compliance matters
• To provide in-house legal advice in ordinary course of business, including fund matters, transaction & financing structures, commercial contracts etc.
• Should have solid working experience in prominent law firms or fund management companies
• Good knowledge of HK/PRC relevant laws and regulations is a must
• Excellent in both Chinese and English
• Qualified as RO for Type 1/4/6/9 licence
